Potelco understands the importance of readiness in the face of emergencies and natural disasters. For the past fifteen years we have provided twenty-four hour a day emergency response services to our clients. Our crews and response supervisors know what it takes to be ready for anything; we never know when the next underground cable fault, lightning strike or car pole accident will occur.

In addition to our everyday emergency response responsibilities, we take pride in the assistance we have provided during major events throughout the country. In addition to major storms in the Northwest, we’ve provided crews and ground support for Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Irene; along with Super Storm Sandy. We understand the logistics of organizing resources, assessing damage, prioritizing restoration efforts and strategic crew deployment. Through our parent company, Quanta Services, we are connected to the largest network of emergency response professionals in the utility business.
